### Raven for Chrome

*The toolbar, a side panel and the wallet standard*

Raven in your browser’s toolbar or side panel, signed in to the same account with the same wallets. Solana sites find it like any other wallet.

| | |
|---|---|
| Works in | Chrome, Brave and Edge |
| Sites find it through | Wallet Standard |
| Before you sign | A test run, in plain words |
| Watching for scams | Every site and program checked |

## What a site can ask

- To **connect**, which shows it one wallet’s address.
- To **sign a transaction**, or sign and send it.
- To **sign a message**, such as signing in.

You choose which wallet each site gets, and you can disconnect a site at any time.

## What happens when a site asks

- The site (asks to sign) → request → Raven for Chrome (checks it) → plain words → You (approve or refuse) → signed → The site (sends it)

Nothing is signed until you say yes, and nothing you refuse ever reaches the key worker.

## What you see before you sign

- Which site is asking and which wallet it wants.
- What leaves your wallet and what arrives, SOL and every coin, read from a test run.
- The known drain tricks, said plainly: your wallet handed to a program, a coin account given away or opened to someone else.
- A warning when the site or a program is on the safety list, or a site is dressed up as another one.

## What Raven refuses

- A “message” that is really a transaction.
- A sign-in message written for a different site than the one asking.
- A site or program on the safety list, before anything runs and again when you say yes.

## Under the hood

- **A second witness**: Before Raven for Chrome signs, it reads the chain again from Solana’s public network, so Raven’s own server is never the only witness of what a transaction does.
- **Checked on your device**: The safety list (Phantom’s public list, read twice a day, plus Raven’s own flags) is checked inside the extension, so the sites you visit are never sent anywhere.
- **New programs**: Well-known programs are named. For any other, Raven reads when it was put on chain and whether its owner can still change it. A program under 7 days old that would move coins out asks you to type the wallet’s name first.
