### Clean up

*Dust back to SOL*

Every coin a wallet has ever held keeps an account open, and every open account holds a little SOL. Clean up gives it back.

| | |
|---|---|
| Back per account | About 0.0015 SOL |
| Older accounts | About 0.002 SOL |
| Dust | Sold for SOL, or burned |
| Raven’s fee | 1% of the SOL back |

## What it does

- Find (dust, empty accounts) → Sell (dust worth selling) → Close (each emptied account) → Rent back (as SOL)

A sale and the close of its account go in one transaction, so a wallet never ends up with a sold coin and an account still open.

| What it finds | What happens |
|---|---|
| An empty coin account | Closed. Its rent comes back as SOL. |
| Dust worth selling | Sold for SOL through Jupiter, then closed |
| Dust not worth selling, or with no price | Burned, then closed |

## How to clean up

1. **Tap Clean up on a wallet.** Or tick several, or choose Clean up all.
2. **See what comes back.** The total is at the top, with a tile for each coin.
3. **Leave a coin out.** Tap its tile.
4. **Review, then clean up.**

The SOL goes back to each wallet itself, or to one wallet you choose in **Settings, Clean up**.

> **Note:** Clean up only shows up when there is something to clean.

## Under the hood

- **Rent**: Solana makes every account hold a deposit, called rent, to stay open. Closing an account hands the deposit back. A coin account opened today holds about 0.0015 SOL; ones opened before Solana’s 2026 rent cut hold about 0.002. Raven reads what each one really holds.
- **Worth selling**: A sale goes ahead only when it brings in at least twice what its own transaction costs. Otherwise the coin is burned and only the rent comes back.
- **Together or not at all**: A sale and the close of its emptied account are in one transaction, so you never end up with a sold coin and an account still open.
