# Import

> Bring your wallets from Phantom, Solflare or any Solana wallet.

## From a seed phrase

1. **Open Import, then Import seed phrase.**
2. **Paste the 12 or 24 words.**
3. **Pick the accounts.** A picker shows the accounts on that phrase and what each one holds. Tick the ones you want and add them.

## From private keys

1. **Open Import, then Private keys.**
2. **Paste the keys, one per line.** A name before or after a key is kept as the wallet’s name.
3. **Add them.** Raven reads each key and shows its address first.

## Under the hood

- **Read where they are kept**: Pasted phrases and keys go straight to the key worker. The page only ever sees the addresses they make.
- **The picker reads addresses only**: To show what each account holds, Raven reads balances by address. The phrase never leaves your browser.
