# Make many Solana wallets at once

> Make up to 100 new Solana wallets in this browser and download their keys. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is nothing to connect.

## What it makes

Each wallet is a new Solana keypair: an **address** you can share and receive to, and a **private key** that controls it. The key is the 64-byte secret Solana uses, written in base58, the same format Phantom and Solflare show when you export a private key and accept when you import one.

The keys are made by your browser's own Web Crypto, the same built-in code browsers use for secure connections, with its secure random numbers. This site's tests check that keys made this way load back to the same address in Solana's own library.

These wallets have no recovery phrase. Each one is its own private key, so each key is the only way back in. If you would rather have many wallets behind one phrase, see [one phrase or many keys](/blog/create-many-solana-wallets).

## Why this is safe to use

The wallets are made on your device. This page sends nothing: no key, no address, no count. Nothing is kept either, so once you leave the page the keys exist only in the file you downloaded.

Two rules still apply to any key, from any tool:

- **Anyone with the private key controls the wallet.** Keep the file somewhere safe, and delete copies you no longer need.
- **Never paste a key into a site you do not trust.** Real wallets only ask for a key when you import it yourself. See [how Solana wallet drainers work](/blog/solana-wallet-drainers).

For large amounts, a hardware wallet keeps the key off your computer altogether.

## How to use them

1. **Download the keys.** The CSV has one wallet a line: the address, then the private key. The JSON has the same, plus each key as the list of 64 numbers that a Solana command line keypair file holds.
2. **Fund the ones you use.** A new wallet does not exist on chain until it receives SOL. To hold SOL it needs at least the minimum balance, about 0.00065 SOL since Solana cut rent in 2026.
3. **Import a key into a wallet app.** In Phantom, open the avatar menu, then Add Account, Import Private Key, choose Solana and paste the key. See [importing and exporting Phantom private keys](/blog/phantom-private-key-import-export).

To see what all the wallets hold later, paste their addresses into the [balance checker](/tools/solana-balance-checker).

## Questions

### Is it safe to make a Solana wallet in a browser?

It is as safe as the device and the page. This page makes the key with your browser's own Web Crypto and sends nothing, but anything that can read your screen or files can read the key. On a computer you trust, it is the same kind of key any wallet app makes.

### Can I import these keys into Phantom?

Yes. Phantom imports a Solana private key in base58, which is what the CSV holds. Each key becomes one account.

### Why is there no recovery phrase?

A recovery phrase is a way to make many keys from 12 or 24 words. These wallets are made directly as keys, so there are no words to write down. Back up the file instead.

### How many wallets can I make?

Up to 100 at a time, and as many times as you like. Each batch is new; the page cannot make the same wallets twice.
