As each wallet’s own pages described it in October 2026. Phantom ended Sui support on 24 September 2026.

Phantom

Phantom is the default Solana wallet for most people. It is polished, it supports Solana plus Ethereum, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain, Bitcoin, Hyperliquid’s chain and others, and it has perps, prediction markets and a cash account inside the app.

You pay for that in swaps: 0.85% on most of them, the highest of the three. See Phantom fees explained.

Good for: one wallet that does everything, across chains, with the most features.

Solflare

Solflare has stayed on Solana only, which it treats as a choice: new Solana features tend to land in it early. It routes swaps through Jupiter without a platform fee of its own, supports both Ledger and Keystone hardware wallets, and has native staking built in.

Good for: people who only use Solana, stake SOL, or keep their keys on a hardware wallet.

Backpack

Backpack is made by the team behind the Backpack exchange. Since March 2026 it charges nothing on swaps and bridges on any network it supports, and it covers more chains than the other two.

Good for: low-fee swapping across chains, and people who already use the Backpack exchange.

What none of them do

All three are built around one active account. You can hold many accounts, but you act on one at a time: twenty wallets to empty is twenty sends. None of them sends privately, and none cleans up dust or closes empty accounts across wallets at once.

Where Raven fits

Raven is not trying to be the one wallet for everything. It is for the wallets you run in bulk: one list of every wallet, folders, Split, Consolidate, Swap and Clean up across many wallets in one review, private sends through three routes, and a 0.4% swap fee. Many people keep Phantom or Solflare for daily use and bring their trading, testing or burner wallets into Raven with a seed phrase or a private key.

Questions

Which is safer, Phantom or Solflare?

Both keep keys on your device and both support Ledger. Safety comes down to habits: hardware wallets for savings, separate wallets for new sites, and reading what you sign.

Which has the lowest fees?

Backpack and Solflare add no swap fee of their own. Phantom charges 0.85% on most swaps. All three charge nothing to send beyond the network fee.

Can I use the same wallet in all three?

Yes. Import the same recovery phrase into each. If the accounts look different, the apps may use different derivation paths; see Solana derivation paths explained.
