These terms cover Raven: the app, Raven for Chrome, this site and the AI connection. Raven never holds your money, and most of what follows is what that means for you.
Who we are
Raven is made by a small team (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@ravenwallet.pro.
By creating an account or using Raven you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What Raven is
Raven is software for making and managing Solana wallets in your own browser. It is not a bank, an exchange, a broker or a custodian, and it never holds your money.
Your keys are yours alone
Your keys are made in your browser and locked with your password before anything is saved. Our server keeps only that locked copy, which we cannot open.
We cannot see, move, freeze or recover your wallets. If you lose your password and your 12 words, your wallets are gone for good, and we cannot help. Keep the 12 words somewhere safe and private.
You are responsible for the safety of your device, your browser, your password and your 12 words.
You check before you send
You are responsible for every address, amount and fee you confirm. Transactions on Solana are final: once sent, they cannot be reversed, by us or anyone.
When a site asks Raven for Chrome to connect or sign, approving it is your decision. When you connect your own AI, it acts only inside the limits you set, and you are responsible for what it does inside them.
Fees
Some moves carry a Raven fee. It is shown as its own line on the review before you confirm, and it is listed at ravenwallet.pro/docs/fees. Network fees and the fees of other services are separate.
We may change our fees. A change never applies to a move you have already confirmed.
Private moves
A private move goes through a service we do not run: Husher (through exchanges or Monero) or Privacy Cash. It breaks the link on Solana between the wallet that pays and the wallet that receives, but the service itself sees what you send it.
These services can be slow, change their rules, hold or refuse a payment, or fail. Using them is your choice, and you are responsible for using them lawfully where you live.
We may refuse or stop a private move, or close an account, when we believe it breaks the law or these terms.
Other services
Raven relies on services we do not run, including Helius (our connection to Solana), Jupiter (swaps and Earn), validators and staking programs, Husher, Privacy Cash, the exchanges Husher uses, Google and Phantom. They have their own terms, and they can fail, change their fees or stop.
Using it lawfully
You must be 18 or older. Use Raven only where that is legal for you, and never from a country or for a person under sanctions.
Never use it for fraud, theft, scams, money laundering, financing crime or getting around sanctions. Do not attack, overload or try to break into Raven or anyone using it.
The risks
Crypto prices move fast and can fall to nothing. Coins can be scams. Networks can fail, slow down or change their rules. Software has bugs, ours included. You use Raven knowing this.
Not advice
Nothing in Raven, on this site or from its AI tools is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Provided as it is
Raven is provided as it is and as available, without any promise that it works, is accurate, or is free of errors, and without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for losses
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of funds, coins, profits or data, or for any other damage, however it happens. That includes losses from bugs, network problems, other services, a hacked or lost device, a lost password or 12 words, prices, and mistakes in use.
If we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to the Raven fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law says cannot be taken away.
If a claim comes to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used Raven or because you broke these terms, you cover the cost of it to us.
Ending
You can stop using Raven at any time and ask us to delete your account. Keep your 12 words first: your wallets stay yours on Solana, and the words are the only way back into them.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop Raven at any time. If we stop it, we will tell you first where we can, so you can move your money.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and the app asks you to agree again before you carry on.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and its courts decide any dispute about them.
