AI wallet for Solana: let Claude or ChatGPT run your wallets
An AI wallet is a wallet your AI app can use. You connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor, say what you want in plain words, and it makes the move. You choose how much it can do alone, and it should never see your keys.
What an AI wallet is
Your AI app already answers questions. Connected to a wallet, it can also read what you hold and make moves. The connection is usually MCP, the Model Context Protocol, a standard way for AI apps to use outside tools.
Three things separate one AI wallet from another: who holds the keys, what the AI can do without asking, and how you stop it. For how those differ between products, see Solana MCP wallets compared.
What you can say to it
Raven is the AI wallet we make, so these examples are Raven’s. You talk to it the way you would talk to an assistant:
| You say | What happens |
|---|---|
| How much do I have? | It counts your wallets and gives the total |
| Split 2 SOL from Main into 4 new wallets | It makes the wallets and splits the SOL |
| Swap half my USDC in Trading to SOL | It swaps through Jupiter, at Raven’s usual 0.4% |
| Clean up the burners | It sells dust, closes empty accounts and gets the rent back |
| Move everything into Savings | It consolidates those wallets into one |
| Send 5 SOL to this new address | It stops and asks you in Raven |
| Stop | It cancels what has not run yet |
What it can reach: your wallets and what they hold, Activity, saved addresses, coin lookups and what a move would cost. If you allow them: send, split and consolidate, normally or privately; swap; stake, unstake and withdraw; retire a wallet; clean up; take back site permissions; and make, rename, freeze and file wallets.
How much it can do alone
You pick a mode when you connect, and you can change it any time on Raven’s AI page.
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| View only | It sees your wallets. It moves nothing. |
| Ask me | It does what you say, and you OK each move. The default. |
| On its own | It moves up to your daily limit without asking, between your wallets and to addresses you saved. More than that waits for you. |
| Full access | The same with no daily limit. |
From Raven’s AI rules, 31 October 2026.
Under Customise you can set each kind of move to off, ask or auto, and keep a never-touch list of wallets, folders, coins and addresses. Letting an AI do less saves the moment you change it. Letting it do more waits for your password.
What always waits for you
On every mode, full access too:
- Paying an address you have not saved. An AI cannot save one by itself.
- Retiring a wallet, unfreezing one, or saving an address. These also take your password.
- An address made to look like one you saved.
- Going over a wallet’s own send limit.
- A swap or sale that gives up more than 3%, or that Raven cannot check against a second price.
And on any setting, no AI can show your keys or your 12 words, make backups, import keys, change your password or its own rules, or undo a pause or a cut off.
How your keys stay out of it
Your keys are made and locked in your browser, and an AI never talks to them. Its ask goes through Raven’s server to your open Raven tab, your rules decide it there, and only then does the part of Raven that holds the keys plan and sign. See how your keys are kept.
Coin names and descriptions are written by strangers, and some are written to trick AIs. That is why the rules sit beside your keys and not inside the AI, where a clever message could talk them away.
How to connect one
- Open AI in Raven, pick your AI and press its button. Or paste
https://app.ravenwallet.pro/mcpinto your AI app yourself. - Your AI sends you to Raven’s Connect page. It shows who is asking and which Raven account, and you pick the mode.
- Say yes with your password, Face ID or Windows Hello. Then tell it what to do.
Each app’s steps are in Connect an AI, and there is a longer walk through in how to let your AI run your Solana wallets.
Raven’s real limits
- Raven is invite only today. You cannot start until your turn comes from the waitlist.
- Raven has to be open somewhere for an AI’s move to run, so it does not suit an agent that runs unattended. A move that waits while Raven is closed asks you when you come back.
- The server sees your wallet list while answering an AI: names, addresses and folders, never keys. See what our server sees.
- No outside review yet. Raven’s docs name no outside security review.
- Solana only. ChatGPT also needs its developer mode turned on to connect.
Others, fairly
We have not tested these with money. The details come from their own pages, read on 30 October 2026.
- MoonPay PayBox. Open today, with the fullest public limits we found: ask for every move, or act alone inside limits you set. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Codex, Claude Code and Cursor.
- Phantom MCP. Gives an AI its own new wallet that starts empty, so the most it can lose is what you send it. It cannot use your main Phantom wallet.
- A key in an env file. Several open source Solana MCP servers work this way. Fine for learning on test money, since anything that can read the file can take the wallet.
Questions
What is the best AI wallet for Solana?
It depends on what you need. If you want to try one in Claude or ChatGPT today, look at PayBox. For a walled-off wallet beside your Phantom, look at Phantom MCP. If you run many wallets and want rules per move, Raven once you are in. We make Raven, so weigh that.
Can ChatGPT or Claude use my Solana wallet?
Yes, through a wallet that supports MCP. You add its address to the app as a connector, sign in, and choose what it may do. Neither app can reach a wallet you have not connected.
Can an AI steal my money?
An AI can be tricked, so plan for that. In Raven the most that can go is what you let it move on its own: between your wallets and to addresses you saved, up to your daily limit, with no limit on full access. Paying a new address always waits for you. Start on ask me, and fund what the AI can reach with what you can afford to lose.
Does the AI see my private key?
Not in Raven. Keys stay locked in your browser and no AI can ask to see them on any setting. Be careful with any setup that puts a raw key in a config file.
Do I have to keep Raven open?
Yes, somewhere. A browser tab on your computer or Raven on your phone will do. If it is closed, the AI’s move waits and you are told to open Raven to finish it.
How do I stop it?
Tell it to stop and it cancels what has not run. You can also pause every AI at once or cut one off on Raven’s AI page, and an AI cannot undo that.
