1 SOLwaitabout 1 SOLTwo rules that make it work
- Round amounts. What goes in and what comes out are amounts many people use, never the exact sum, so amounts cannot be matched.
- A wait. Each landing is due at its own random time, so times cannot be matched either.
When it lands
| Wait | How hard to match |
|---|---|
| Right away | Easiest |
| Within an hour | Some cover |
| 1 to 6 hours | Recommended |
| Within a day | Hardest |
Landing
Landings happen while Raven is open in the browser that made the move. If one fails, Raven tries again by itself five times, then waits for you to tap Try again. The SOL stays safe in the pool the whole time.
Under the hood
- Zero-knowledge proof
- Your browser makes a proof that you own one of the pool’s deposits without saying which. The pool checks the proof and pays out.
- A relayer sends it
- The payout is sent by Privacy Cash’s relayer, so your other wallet never has to pay a fee that would link it to you.
- Made in your browser
- The proof is made in your browser, with Privacy Cash’s circuit served by Raven itself.
- What Privacy Cash sees
- Which wallet paid in. The proof keeps it from knowing which payout was yours.
